At Gay Head Pottery, all sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pottery, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason other than damage or loss during shipping.​

Shipping Insurance

 

All orders are insured once shipped. This means that if your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing an insurance claim and resolving the issue promptly.

Damaged or Lost Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please follow the steps below:

    1.    Reporting Damage or Loss:

    •    Damaged Items: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing gayheadpottery@gmail.com.  Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

    •    Lost Items: Contact us as soon as possible if you suspect your order has been lost during transit.

    2.    Resolution Options:

    •    For damaged items, we will issue a refund based on the insurance coverage.

    •    For lost items, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are compensated appropriately.
