    1.    Handcrafted Nature:

All items are handmade, and variations in size, color, and design are part of their unique charm. 

    2.    Fragility:

Our pottery is fragile and requires careful handling. Gay Head Pottery is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery. Due to the clays porous nature, please do not use to hold liquids.

Ordering and Payment

 

    1.    Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Please review it and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

    2.    Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed on our website. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

    3.    Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as items may already be in packaging.

We ship fragile pottery with specialized packaging to ensure safe transit. We charge a flat-rate shipping fee that is subject to change at any time without notice.  

    2.    Delivery Timeline:

Delivery times vary based on your location. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed due to potential shipping delays beyond our control.

    3.    Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing photos of the damage along with your order details to gayheadpottery@gmail.com. All shipped items are insured by Gay Head Pottery.

Returns and Refunds

 

    1.    Return Policy:

We do NOT offer returns. All sales are final.

Liability

 

    1.    Gay Head Pottery is not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of our products, including improper handling or cleaning.

    2.    Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
